FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I ACCESS MY COURSE?
Once you have bought your course, you need to log into this website 'www.phatlashcourses.co.uk' and log in by clicking the little man icon at the top.

Log in to your account.

Navigate to "My Programs."

Under the "Active" section, select your course.

Complete all the steps outlined in the program.
Once you've finished all the steps:

Go back to "My Programs."

Select the course under the "Completed" tab.

Click "Get My Certificate."
Your certificate will be sent to you by email shortly after.
If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.
HOW DOES THE COURSE WORK?
You will complete the steps in the course then you will complete a test at the end of the course.
Some courses require case studies.
HOW DO I GET MY CERTIFICATE?
Upon completion of the course, go back onto "my programmes" then select "completed" then click get my certificate.
WHEN WILL I GET MY CERTIFICATE?
Once you have completed your course your certificate will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
I HAVE ALREADY BEEN SENT MY CERTIFICATE BUT ITS BEEN A WHILE AND I HAVE NOW LOST IT WHAT CAN I DO?
We can re send your certificate however it will cost £10 for an admin fee
