HOW DO I ACCESS MY COURSE?

Once you have bought your course, you need to log into this website 'www.phatlashcourses.co.uk' and go to the members area. Your course will be available there.

WHEN WILL I GET MY CERTIFICATE?

It will take up to 7 working days to receive your certificate via email. Do make sure that the email address you provide on the submission form is correct, and that you check your junk mail also.

I CAN'T SEE THE COMPLETION CODE ON THE VIDEO. WHAT DO I DO?

Sometimes the settings for pop-ups on your device, or the screen size can stop the code appearing.

Try watching the video on a computer/laptop. The code will appear in the bottom corner for around 20 seconds.
